We are a collection of cyclists who met through church and friendships and have come together to encourage each other.  We live in and around Ingleby Barwick in the North East of England, or are associated with friends here.  We are interested in riding our bikes and sharing the experience.

We ride for fun, fitness, tea & cake.  Sometimes we ride hard, sometimes we pootle.  We welcome anyone who wants to join us for part of their journey, online or on-road.

We do not replace Stockton Wheelers or Cleveland Wheelers, or the CTC - they are all proper cycling clubs with proper cyclists and they do Time Trials and other hard stuff.  Some of us are members of these other clubs; but that's okay.  Ingleby Barwick Wheelers and Friends Cycling Club is more a "Cycling Encouragement" and community of cyclists than anything else.
